18.08.2011. - Outdoor swimming pool is finished!
New outdoor swimming pool in Prolom Spa is finished and hotel guests can already enjoy in one of two pools with curative Prolom water, equipped with water jets and fountains. Official opening is set up for 20th August, when TV show "Zikina Sarenica" will be broadcasted live from the plateau at the pool.

26.06.2011. - First qualification for "Miss Prolom Banja 2010."
The first qualification for "Miss Prolom Banja 2011" was held on 25th June in Hotel Radan***. Ten girls from 16 to 25 years were competing for semifinal, which will take place on 16th July and for one of many valuable prizes. Final competition will take place on 19th August 2011. As always, all manifestations are covered by local and national media.

National Theatre from Pirot once more demonstrated in front of the numbered audience that southerners’ humor is unsurpassed. Thrilled audience didn’t bother even cold weather and two hours of performance flew away.

25.05.2011. - Outdoor swimming pool gets its final shape.
Outdoor swimming pool in Prolom Spa is getting its final shape. The first phase is completed and expected opening of the pool is on July 2011.
18.04.2011. - Art and Sculptural colony in Prolom Spa
In the beautiful setting in Prolom Spa from 08.04. - 18.04.2011. there was sixteenth of the International Art Colony and fourth Sculptural Colony. In addition to local artists from Kursumlija, Nis, Vucje, Belgrade, Subotica, the famous "Kovacica Three" in the work of Art colony also participated artists from Slovakia, Russia and Belarus. Sculptural colony were represented students of the Faculty of Artis in Belgrade and the sculptural group "K-9".
The artists was inspired motifs Prolom Spa, Devil Town, "Lazarica church" and "St. Petka church".
17.04.2011. has organiyed an exhibition of paintings in the coffee-bar hotel "Radan" Prolom Spa in the presence of guests, journalists and local TV media. The works of artists/painters will enhance space of hotel "Radan" in Prolom Spa (rooms, restaurants and halls), while the works of artists/sculptors will be exhibited at the "Devil's Town".
09.03.2011. - Exterior swimming pool on summer!
For summer season is planned opening of exterior swimming pool in Prolom Spa. Work on building of new swimming pool starts these days. Pool is planned to be in Spa park, behind the hotel.

In winter period hotel Radan renovated the rest of its accomodation. Now all rooms are equiped at 4 star level: cable TV, telephone, fridge, bath ropes, hair dryers.
08.03.2011. - European standards in the restaurant
In order to increase the level of our services, this winter we renovated hotel's restaurant kitchen and established HACCP standards.

19.08.2010. - Folklore "Abrasevic" from Prokuplje
For the fifth time this year appeared folklore Abrašević from Prokuplje, a well known folklore to our guests from month to month, a different combination of games and practices with new choreographies, always welcome and this time the combination of Serbian national folklore, Bulgarian, original songs in performance of young Milica for the umpteenth time proving why are they so famous.
14.08.2010. - Folklore and orchestra Dolovo
For the first time our guest was folklore and orchestra Dolovo, a society that has toured not only in our country but throughout the world proved why do they have such a number of awards and prizes, in a program that lasted over an hour the guests sown us folklore not only from Vojvodina, but also from Sumadija and Southern Serbia.
07.08.2010. - Final competition for Miss Prolom Banja
At final competition for "Miss Prolom Banja 2010", Natasa Tutorov from Novi Sad has won the Miss Prolom Banja pageant and Ivona Shimon from Backi Petrovac took second place and also won "Miss Charm" pageant.
Winners took many valuable prizes and the main sponsor was Planinka, company which owns Prolom Banja.

In Prolom Spa was held the literary evening night on „The history of Prokuplje and Toplica” subject by Slobodan Stojanovic, next to him was also attended by Nevenka Stojanovic, dr.Shovic Slobodan, Dragan Borisavljevic, Milivoje Macejka, Radovan Tanaskovic.
20.07.2010. - Folklore society Ugrin Brankovic from Kucevo
Folklore society Ugrin Brankovic from Kucevo visited Prolom Spa with their young ensemble. Unique in its performance, with interesting choreography and costume "young hope" of this society has demonstrated once again that Serbia and folklore from Homolje are still saved.
29.06.2010. - Seminar FINANCE IN EDUCATION
3-day seminar in organization of Economics and Finance Institute took place in Prolom Banja, 26./29.August 2010. Over 70 elementary and high school principals took part at this seminar about FINANCE IN EDUCATION. Beside work parts, participants went to trip to Natural Phenomena of Devils' Town.
28.06.2010. - Singing society "Baranka"
On the occasion of Vidovdan celebration, our guest was the singing society Baranka from Bare. As with all so far this society has left a positive impression on the spa guests, where, after completing the program they join them and played together few games from Serbian folklore.

22.06.2010. - Prolom Spa at EXPO 2010, Shanghai
At EXPO 2010 in Shanghai, China, Prolom Spa and Natural Phenomena of Devils’ Town participated on Serbian stand. Lottery we organized at stand was interesting for many visitors of EXPO, as they tried to pronounce "Djavolja Varos" (Devils' Town) in order to get the prize: ten days for two persons in Prolom Banja. Competitors are mostly tourists who are planning to visit Europe and Serbia next year, as they said.

11.05.2010. - Urologists' Seminar in Prolom Banja
In organization of Urology Clinics of Clinical Centre of Nish, Urology Section of Serbian Medical Society and Prolom Banja, two-day seminar with international participants took place in Prolom Banja. Main topic of this seminar was Kidney Transplantation. Over 150 doctors took part from all Urology clinics in Serbia.
07.05.2010. - Dermatolgy Seminar in Prolom Spa
In organization of Dermatology Clinics of Nis and Prolom Banja, two-day Dermatology section with more than 150 participants took place in Prolom Banja. A topic of this section was Lymphoma.
16.04.2010. - Scientific meeting on topic: Tourist image of Serbia
In organization of Institute for International Politics and Economy and Hans Seidel Foundation, two-day seminar on topic of "Tourist image of Serbia as an economy development factor took place in Prolom Banja". 55 professors and doctors took place at this international seminar. One of conclusions from this meeting refers to our company, Planinka, as an example of good tourist company and Prolom Banja as a remarkable tourist potential.
15.04.2010. - Ethno Inn in Prolom Banja is opened for a season
Ethno restaurant with an exhibit of a local farmstead from the early twentieth century and great offer of traditional specialties prepared under "sač" (a local type of Dutch oven) is opened for a season. Right next to the Prolom River our guests can taste some of almost forgotten meals and enjoy the atmosphere of Serbian country with water-mill, barn and craftwork.
08.04.2010. - The Sculpture Colony K9
Twelve-day sculpture colony was organized in Prolom Banja for the second time. Participants were sculptors from the K9 group: Astrahan Karlo, Savićević Miljana, Marković Milosav, Jović Mina, Šiljačić Jelena. This group is planning to make 202 sculptures representing 202 pillars of Devils' Town.
01.04.2010. - The Art Colony "Bele crkve" (White Churches)
This year ten-day art colony gathered 22 painters from Serbia, Greece, Croatia, Slovakia, Austria, Ukraine, Russia and South Korea. Famous "Trio of Kovacica" was also present: Pavel Cicka, Hajko Pavel and Marci Markov. Hotel guests had an opportunity to watch works of art in creation. Painters visited Devils' Town, where some of their best works were made.
10.03.2010. - 60 renovated rooms in hotel Radan
Hotel annex next to Reception, with 60 comfortable double rooms has been completely renovated on winter season and it’s ready to receive first guests. Rooms are completely refurnished and equipped with LCD TV, wireless Internet and mini-bars. All rooms have a terrace, wireless Internet and Prolom water installed in bathrooms.
