We in the Prolom Spa know that your stay is more than rest and treatment. Therefore we have prepared a selection of tasty and carefully chosen food and snacks for you, served professionally. The many prizes won by our waiters at tourist worker competitions bear witness to our achievements in this field.
Hotel restaurant’s kitchen is equipped according to European HACCP standards, in order to keep our service quality at the highest level.
In order to improve the quality of our offer, we serve tasty breads and pastries from our own bakery, cakes from our home sweetshop, while our selection of drinks has Prolom beer on tap (made with Prolom water, licensed by the Royal Bavarian Brewery), Prolom juices and domestic strong brandy made of wild pear.
All three meals are served on a smorgasbord basis in the pleasant ambience of the hotel restaurant. The rich and diverse offer includes dietary food adapted to persons suffering from kidney diseases and diabetes.
Café bar in centre of the pedestrian zone and Pool bar offer variety of refreshing drinks, coffees, tasty cakes from our home sweetshop and ice-cream.
The Ethno House with an exhibit of a local farmstead from the early twentieth century is located along one of the favourite walking paths, right next to the Prolom River. It also houses a restaurant with specialties prepared under sač (a local type of Dutch oven): lamb and veal, the "rednica" pie, cabbage, beans… The offer also contains bred from crepulja (clay pot), domestic cheese and Kajmak, domestic small cakes…
